Terms & Conditions

By signing up to a nutrition package with EvoLOUtion Fitness you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions: 

1. The purchase of a nutrition plan is for an initial period of 3 months, this can be extended on agreement between you and EvoLOUtion Fitness. 
2. The purchase is final- no refunds or compensation will be given. 
3. If you choose to pay for your package monthly the payment for the first month will be taken at the time of purchase and the remaining 2 months will be taken automatically on or around the same date on the following 2 months. 
4. The payment method used for the initial payment will be used again for the remaining payments. 
5. You agree that all details you provide are true, accurate, current and complete, and you chosen method of payment is your own and each payment will be made in accordance with the above. 
6. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable date protection law and our privacy policy.
